ECape Bookkeeping Services offers their clients the collection and delivery of their monthly accounting information: All the monthly accounting data is collected at your premises for processing and once the information has been processed, it is delivered together with your management reports.

Cashbook Processing
Bank Reconciliations
Petty Cash/Credit Card - Cashbook
(Keep ALL your slips/receipts - we sort and file them for you!)
Debtors Invoicing - Invoice your client while they wait/we will help you do it yourself online!*
Debtors Statements - distributed to your customers every month. (We also do debt collection on your current debtors age analysis)
Creditors Invoices - Creditors Reconciliations
Journals

We prepare your monthly accounting reports (more info below) which will give you an indication of your business' performance and financial status.

Payroll
We offer weekly as well as monthly payroll services.

Salaries and Wages are calculated based on information supplied by you.
Deductions are calculated and payslips are printed.

PAYE (EMP201 + EMP501) / SDL / UIF Returns are completed and submitted to a SARS office together with the client's payment.

Proof of submission and payment is obtained for future reference.
All SARS correspondence is stored on file for future reference.

Our Payroll service includes the reconciliation and submission of the bi-annual EMP501's to SARS and provision of your employees' IRP5/IT3A certifcates

Statutory Returns
Our Registered Tax Practitioner represents your company, completes and submits all your monthly returns such as:

PAYE
UIF
UI19 Forms
Other as required (i.e. Medical Aid, Pension etc)

We offer the following Statutory VAT (Value Added Tax) Services:
VAT Payable / Refundable are calculated every period.
VAT Returns are completed and submitted to SARS together with client's payment (if applicable).

Proof of submission and payment (if applicable) is obtained and stored on file for you.
All correspondence with SARS relating to VAT is kept on file in case of future queries.
